We hope that as a professional or legitimate reserve, or volunteer, you understand that unlike other "Public Safety" mail order firms we have been committed for 17 years to keeping these sensitive items out of the hands of those who have no need for them. RETURN POLICY :

Any standard item purchased through this online store EXCEPT CHEMICAL LIGHTS and Chemical Defense Weapons may be returned within 10 days for a full refund except shipping charges. Product must be NEW in original box with all accessories, manuals, packing, and should be shipped in an outer box Pre-Paid and Insured to Big Country Supply, 1425 Sayles BLVD Abilene, Tx 79605. Include a copy of your invoice and reason for return.
